The situation has changed as a result of the exit of the UK from the EU.
We no-longer charge VAT on orders shipped to any EU destination but you will be charged VAT on import by your own Government, which if you are a VAT registered business you may be able to reclaim: that isn't something we have any control over or can get involved with.
The concept of Inter-community VAT-free Supply no longer applies to UK based suppliers.
