The tracking shows that my order has been returned to Pell Wall. Why is this and what should I do about it?

There could be several reasons why your parcel has been returned;

Delivery could not be made as you were not available to take delivery; in this case you should get a second delivery attempt the next working day. If the parcel still cannot be delivered the courier may take it to a collection point such as a local store if that isn't possible then your parcel will be returned to us. Once we have it back we can reship it as long as an additional shipping fee is paid.

Your address could not be found by courier; in this case it is likely your parcel will be taken to a local pickup point or returned to us. If the package is returned because you have supplied incorrect delivery details you may need to pay again for delivery.

In all cases our standard terms and conditions and refund policy will apply. Orders containing made to order products such as raw materials/ingredients may not be eligible for refund.
