What is an SKU?
What is an SKU?
Products | 1 year ago
SKU is a Stock Keeping Unit - it’s a code used by retailers to track specific items of stock. It’s unique so will only ever refer to the one item.
We started putting them on our labels and web site so customers can quickly reference the correct item. They also work in our search box too.
We usually have a top level SKU followed by the variant size take Iso E Super as an example; it's SKU is 397 so the SKU for 10g would be 397-10 and 30g would be 397-30.
