Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled.

All of our ingredients materials are made to order products so orders for such products that have entered the fulfilment process cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to charge an administration fee.

Cancellations are not free, we are charged fees on the initial purchase and are charged additional fees to cancel and process a refund.
