How do I know whether an ingredient has been diluted or not?

Look at the product description section next to the main product image: there you will see a listing for 'Solvent' if the product is diluted it will tell you, by how much and in which solvent, in this field. If the product is normally supplied undiluted it will say 'None added' meaning there is no solvent added and the product is supplied undiluted.
Please note that 'undiluted' and 'neat' tend to be used interchangeably but are not that same as 'pure' which implies the chemical is 100% pure, which is rarely the case: most perfumery products are more than 90% pure, sometimes much higher, but rarely 100%.
Also note that some manufacturers supply products only in dilution in a solvent of their choice, in which case we will say this in the product description text.
