When your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number. This tracking number may not work until the package has been scanned in at our courier’s sorting facility.
From to time to time demand for our products can be high and there maybe a delay to shipping your parcel – these delays are heavily advertised across our site, social media and email newsletter campaigns. You can see regularly updated information including approximate lead times in the two bars that run across every page of our web site - these are available to you before you decide to check out with us. You can also see our current status update in our help centre at pellwallhelp.com. Please try to refrain from contacting us for updates on your order if it is within our quoted lead time as this only takes us away from filling our orders and getting them out to our customers.
