Apologies for the delay in getting your order out to you.
Occasionally, our lead times can be slightly longer than usual during peak times or at times where we have a shortage of staff.
Orders are fulfilled in order of the date received, most are made to order and the sizes of orders vary and cannot be predicted.
We post regular updates to our website on the progress we are making - please check the black bar that runs across the top of every page on our website prior to checkout. This information will have been visible to you when placing your order.
You will receive an email notification when your order ships complete with tracking information.
We appreciate you are eager to receive your order but please be patient, for us to take time out of fulfilling orders to respond to emails asking when orders will ship means we are not filling or shipping orders.
If you do not want to wait and wish to cancel you may do so but please see the FAQ regarding cancellations as an adminstration fee is likely to be charged especially if we have presented information regarding a longer than usual lead time before you placed your order.
